Two years, parts and labor.
Every repair carries a 2-year parts and labor warranty. Water heater installs carry six years on the tank.
If it leaks again, we come back at no charge. That is the whole policy.

One question we get every week
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients give us a door code or a lockbox key. The same two-person crew comes every visit and we lock up when we leave.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free up to 48 hours before your visit. Inside 48 hours there is a 50 dollar late cancellation fee.
Payment
Card on file, charged after each visit. Venmo and Zelle accepted.
Before we arrive
Clear counters and floors of personal items, and tell us about pets or any rooms you want us to skip.
